We suggest to refer the Accessories List of your machine first, to confirm the DIAMETER, LENGTH and POWER of the tube. Size fits, compatible. How does the product come packaged? If there any problem caused by transport, we will be responsible for it. About the storage? Laser tube is consumable, which means that a long-time storage may lead to power attenuation. Thus, we recommend to buy it when need it. After receive the tube, test it first. If there any problem, let us know in time, we will provide 3 months after-sales services for free. Difference between glass head and metal head? The power is the same and does not affect the use. The glass head has higher adhesion at both ends (especially in cold areas), better connection, less gas leakage, which ensure a longer services life. How about the wiring method of the two ends? Wrap the metal wire on the carbon rod, fix it tightly with solder, then put on the insulating tube, and finally pour 704 glues into the tube. There are two software can be used to drive our machine, Laser engraving Plug-in CorelLASER & Seal Design Software LaserDRW, which we all offer to our customers. 1. When use CorelLASER to drive the machine, you should installed the CorelDRAW first, because the CorelLASER is a laser engraving plug-in that plugs into CorelDRAW, So you can only start the CorelLASER after installing CorelDRAW. With this plugin, you can design graphics directly with CorelDRAW and engraving and cutting directly in CorelDRAW. We only provide the Laser engraving Plug-in CorelLASER, Don't provide the drawing software CorelDRAW, so make sure that you have installed the right version CorelDRAW (the CorelDRAW 9, 10, 11, 12, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7 version all are available). There are two software can be used to drive our machine, Laser engraving Plug-in CorelLASER & Seal Design Software LaserDRW, which we all offer to our customers. 1. When use CorelLASER to drive the machine, you should installed the CorelDRAW first, because the CorelLASER is a laser engraving plug-in that plugs into CorelDRAW, So you can only start the CorelLASER after installing CorelDRAW. With this plugin, you can design graphics directly with CorelDRAW and engraving and cutting directly in CorelDRAW. We only provide the Laser engraving Plug-in CorelLASER, Don't provide the drawing software CorelDRAW, so make sure that you have installed the right version CorelDRAW (the CorelDRAW 9, 10, 11, 12, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7 version all are available).
